Books
I tried to read 52 books in one year. It didn’t work out. I am a really slow reader — I can read pages quickly, but I often have trouble finding the time to read. But I’m going to try again. I really like trashy celebrity tell-alls, but am also partial to classics, banned books and 20th century American literature. You can also see what I’m reading on Goodreads.
Movies
Instead of television, I watch movies. Especially documentaries and old films starring mod French girls or Cary Grant.
Shows
In 2008 I started keeping track of all the shows, lectures and performances I attended. That didn’t last very long. But if you want to see the shows I’ve reviewed, you can check out my writing clips.
Überlists
The Überlist is not so much a list of New Years Resolutions as it is a list of things I’d like to do but won’t actually do.
