As I said earlier, we caught a performance of The Spaghetti Western Orchestra at a tiny little sit-down venue in Paris on our last day there. They are amazing and it was a wonderful way to end our week in the City of Lights.

32 years ago at 7:22 a.m. Central Time I was born at Presbyterian Hospital in Oklahoma City. Birthdays on a Wednesday suck. I mean, how to celebrate?
That’s friggin’ sweet! A few years ago Amy surprised me with The Good, The Bad and The Ugly soundtrack. We listened to it on our way to look at engagement rings. I wasn’t familiar with the area, and I remember thinking maybe we shouldn’t trust a place called “Diamond Dave’s.” It turns out that was a Mexican restaurant. The ring place, The Diamond Center, was in the mall. That song always brings back memories.
